Rates come from our partner every morning, so the figure moves a little from day to day; the page with all packages also shows the recent history.

Yes, that can happen. EA lists the penalties it may use, including removing coins, blocking the Transfer Market and banning an account, and it names comfort trades in its rules. Nobody can promise that an order goes unnoticed. What lowers the risk is a moderate amount, normal play after delivery and no coin transfers to friends, which EA treats as distribution.

Orders arrive within 2 hours after payment, according to our partner. The clock starts once you have sent the delivery details. Large amounts may be moved in several trades, and each trade has to clear the Transfer Market, so a big order can take longer than a small one. In any case the e-mail of your EA account and backup codes, because delivery happens inside your club via the Web App. Two-factor authentication must be on. Each backup code works only once, so send fresh ones and do not change your security settings while the order runs. Details you have sent cannot be edited later, so check them before you submit.

The currency is the same, but your club is not. PS4 and PS5 share one club, and Xbox One and Series X|S share another; coins cannot move between them or to PC. According to player guides, consoles trade on one combined market, which is why the price is identical today. Pick the platform your club is on.

The minimum is 100,000 coins. The ready packages are 100K, 250K, 500K, 1M and 2M; for anything else, enter a larger amount in the order card. The price is linear: ten times the coins costs ten times as much, with no extra charge for small orders. The service fee of the payment method comes on top at checkout.

Money back follows the policy of our partner marketplace: you can ask for it up to 21 days after payment. If an order could not be delivered, you get the full amount; if delivery has already started, part of it, depending on progress. A drop in price after you bought is not paid back.
