All questions, by topic
What exactly is an FC coin?
It is the in-game currency of Ultimate Team, the club mode of EA SPORTS FC. You get it for the matches you play, as part of rewards, and when a player item you listed on the Transfer Market sells; you spend it on players for your squad. It is a separate thing from FC Points, which EA sells for packs. Coins stay with your club on one platform and cannot be cashed out.
What is one FC coin worth in money?
Coins are sold in thousands, not one by one. Today our partner charges €7.02 for 100,000 on PlayStation and Xbox, or €0.070 per 1,000, and €6.87 on PC, or €0.069 per 1,000. Those figures are the coins price before the fee of your payment method. They follow supply on the market and are refreshed every morning, so tomorrow’s number can be a little higher or lower than today’s.
Can I order an amount that is not a package?
Yes. Type any number from 100,000 coins upwards into the order card and the price is worked out from the same rate as the packages, so there is no premium for odd amounts. The ready packages, 100K, 250K, 500K, 1M and 2M, are only shortcuts. Very large amounts are possible too; the checkout confirms what is in stock.
Do I need an account at the checkout?
Yes, for coins. Delivery uses your EA details after payment, so these orders are tied to an account at our partner marketplace. With a new e-mail, the account is set up for you while you check out and the login lands in your inbox. With an e-mail they already know, sign in before paying. Order status and the support chat live there too.
Why do coin prices differ between sellers?
Every seller sets a price from their own supply, delivery method and refund rules, so a lower figure does not always mean the same service. When you compare, look at the delivery time, what happens if an order fails and which payment methods are offered. Our price page shows today’s rates per platform and how they moved over recent days.
What happens right after I pay?
The browser shows a confirmation with the order number, and a payment e-mail for the same order follows. The support team then confirms the delivery details with you in the chat. In your account the order moves from New Order to In progress once a trader takes it, and it is marked Completed when everything has arrived.
I paid, but nobody has contacted me yet. What should I do?
First check that the payment went through: look for the confirmation page and the payment e-mail, including the spam folder. If you ordered while signed in, open your orders in the account; New Order means it is waiting for a trader. Then write to support in the chat with your order number, and they confirm the details and the start.
What is the Web App and why does it matter?
The Web App is the browser version of Ultimate Team; you log in with the EA account you play with. It has the Transfer Market, squad management and SBCs, and the Companion App is its mobile version for iOS and Android. Comfort Trade runs through it, so your account needs Transfer Market access there before an order can be delivered.
How do I get the Transfer Market in the Web App?
If you had access in an earlier game and your account is in good standing, EA switched it on again at launch. New players unlock it through active days. A day counts when, within one UTC date, you play three complete Ultimate Team matches and open the Web or Companion App. Two such days are typical; with several Ultimate Team accounts on one device, plan for four or more.
Where do backup codes come from?
They come with two-factor authentication on your EA account. Once 2FA is active, the account security settings let you display the codes; note them down and keep them offline. When your phone or mailbox is not at hand, a code is the only way into the account from a new device. Every code can be used one time, so a delivery always gets unused ones.
Is two-factor authentication required?
EA recommends it for the Web App but does not say it is mandatory there. For Comfort Trade at our partner marketplace it is required, because the backup codes that come with it are how the trader gets into your club safely. Setting it up takes a few minutes in your EA account settings, by e-mail, authenticator app or text message.
Can I pass coins on to a friend after delivery?
Better not. EA’s rules call sending coins to a friend a form of coin distribution, and funnelling coins between accounts is listed as a breach on its own. It also tends to look unusual on the Transfer Market. Keep the coins in the club they were delivered to and spend them the normal way, on players and squad challenges.
Why is the amount at checkout higher than in the order card?
Our card is a coins-only calculator. The checkout then puts the fee of the payment method you pick on top, and that fee is visible beside each option before you confirm, which is why card, crypto and PayPal can lead to slightly different totals. No further charges appear afterwards. If a difference looks wrong, ask support in the chat before paying.
In which currency is the payment taken?
The checkout of our partner marketplace calculates in euros, because the coins are sold for the European region of the game. Your bank or card provider converts the amount if your account is in another currency and may charge its own exchange fee for that. Crypto payments use the stablecoins USDT or USDC at the rate shown.
Can I cancel an order after paying?
There is no cancel button; cancellations go through support in the order chat. What you get back depends on the partner’s refund policy and on how far the order has gone: before delivery starts it is the full amount, once coins are moving it is a part. Requests are accepted within 21 days of the payment date.
I am moving from PS4 to PS5. Do I lose my coins?
No. EA carries Ultimate Team progress over from PlayStation 4 to PlayStation 5 and from Xbox One to Xbox Series XS, so the club and its coins come with you. What does not work is a move between families: a PlayStation club does not carry over to Xbox or PC, and coins cannot be transferred between platforms or accounts.
Can I order coins for Nintendo Switch?
Not here: we sell for PlayStation, Xbox and PC. On Nintendo, Switch and Switch 2 keep a shared Ultimate Team progress of their own that never moves to other systems, and player guides describe a separate Switch market. If you play on more than one system, order for the one where your main club is; the platform guide explains the families.
When did FC 27 come out?
The worldwide launch was on 25 September 2026. Players with the Ultimate or Ultimate Plus Edition got early access from 18 September, on PC from 23:00 UTC the evening before. Eligible players could use the Web App from 16 September, and since 17 September both the Web and Companion App work only for FC 27.
How many coins does a match pay in FC 27?
EA has not published a fixed figure. It says Champions and Rivals can pay several times the 500 to 600 coins a match typically gave in FC 26, and Squad Battles pays more too. Rewards are also more often tradeable this season. Season Points come on top: 15 to 100 per eligible match, up to 850 a day.
