How to Buy FC Coins

What you need before you order
Four things decide whether an order goes smoothly: an open Transfer Market, access to it in the Web App, a second sign-in check with spare codes, and knowing which platform your club is on. Sort them out before you buy and the rest takes minutes.
An open Transfer Market
To protect the economy, EA keeps brand-new accounts away from the Transfer Market at first. Newcomers open it in the game, under Ultimate Team and then Objectives, by finishing three objective groups in this order:

- First Team Dreams
- Rising Through the Ranks
After the third group, full Transfer Market access arrives within 24 hours; on PC it can take 48. Returning players in good standing usually skip all of this and trade from day one.
Access in the Web App
Finishing those objectives does not open the market in the Web AppThe browser edition of Ultimate Team made by EA; the Companion App is its phone version. and the Companion App; that is a separate lock. If you earned app access in an earlier game, EA usually carried it over at launch. Everyone else unlocks it over several active days. EA calls a day active once you have completed three Ultimate Team matches and visited the Web or Companion App, both within the same UTC date.
An account in good standing, alone on its device, normally needs two active days. Where the device has been used for other clubs too, expect four active days or more. Extra matches beyond three a day change nothing, and EA advisers can neither grant access nor name a date. One more date to know: after 7 November 2026 (UTC), EA wants you to have played at least one Ultimate Team session of FC 27 on console or PC before the apps let you in again.
Two-factor authentication and its codes
EA recommends two-factor authenticationA second check at sign-in: a code by e-mail, an authenticator app or a text message whenever a new device logs in to your EA account. for every account, and our partner requires it for Comfort Trade. After you switch it on, EA offers a View backup codes option; write those codes down somewhere safe. Each code works only once, and the seller uses one per sign-in, so keep a handful ready rather than a single code.
The platform your club is on

Check the confirmation
After payment you see a confirmation page with your order number and receive a confirmation e-mail. The order appears in your order list as a new order, and the team may confirm a few details with you in the order chat.
Send the delivery details
On your order, under delivery details, you fill in, in any case, the address your EA account uses plus a few backup codes. Check them twice, because they cannot be edited once sent. A mistake is fixed through the live chat, with your order number.
Wait for delivery and check the status
A seller brings the FC 27 coins over to your club by Comfort Trade within 2 hours. The status changes to in progress, then to completed and awaiting your confirmation. Check your balance; if something is missing, say so in the order chat.
What happens during Comfort Trade
With Comfort TradeA delivery method: the seller logs in to your Ultimate Team via the Web App and sends the coins over with a few market trades., the seller logs in to your EA account with the e-mail you gave and one backup code per login. Everything happens in a browser tab with the Web App open, which means your console or PC does not need to be on. The FC 27 coins arrive through a series of trades on the Transfer Market, which is why the market has to be open for you.

While the order runs, leave your EA security settings alone and do not create new backup codes; the codes you sent could stop working and delivery would stall. If you get a sign-in notice from EA during the delivery window, that is the seller using one of your codes.
Mistakes that hold an order up
- Ordering for the wrong platform: FC 27 coins land in the club of the tab you chose, and a club on the other console family or on PC never sees them.
- Paying before the market is open: the trader cannot start while either lock is on, so the order simply waits.
- Sending used or outdated codes: each one opens a single sign-in, and the whole set stops working if you generate a fresh one mid-order.
- A typo in the e-mail address: sent details are locked, so one wrong letter means a trip to the live chat.
- Ordering for someone else’s account: EA counts passing coins between accounts as distribution, so every player orders for their own club.

After the coins arrive

Refunds and cancellations
There is no cancel button on the order page. To cancel or ask for a refund, contact support on the checkout site by live chat or e-mail and include your order number, your name and the e-mail of the order, the order date, the amount paid with the payment method, and the reason.
Requests are accepted up to 21 days after the payment date. Money comes back in full when an order could not be delivered at all; when delivery is already under way, you get part of the money back, in line with the progress made. A lower price after you bought does not give money back.
Questions and answers
Do I need an account to order FC coins?
Yes, coin orders that need your EA details after payment are tied to an account on the checkout site. What if my backup codes run out during delivery?

Does my console have to stay on during delivery?
No. Comfort Trade happens in EA’s browser-based Web App, which means your PlayStation, Xbox or PC can stay switched off while the seller works. What you should avoid is changing your EA security settings or generating new codes before the order is marked completed, because that can make the codes you sent useless.
Why is my Transfer Market still locked?
There are two locks. In the game, newcomers finish three objective groups and then wait up to a day, or two days on PC. In the browser and phone apps, players without access from an earlier game need active days of play, usually two. Nobody at EA can unlock it early or predict the day; the game sends a message once it is open.
What do the order statuses mean?
New Order means the payment arrived and the order waits for delivery. In progress means the seller is working on it. Completed, awaiting your confirmation, means the seller marked it done; check your balance and report anything missing in the order chat. Completed means the team has closed it, and Canceled means it was called off.
I paid but nobody has contacted me. What now?
First make sure the payment went through: you should see a confirmation page with an order number and get a confirmation e-mail, so check the spam folder too. If you ordered while signed in, the order appears in your order list. Then write in the live chat of the checkout site with the order number, and the team confirms the details.
