Privacy Policy
FCCoins collects as little as a website can. This page lists what is processed when you visit fccoins.eu, why, and what you can ask of us. Last updated on 26 October 2026.
Who is responsible
This website is run by FCCoins. For anything about your personal data, including requests under the rights listed below, write to support@fccoins.eu.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This site does not set cookies. It has no analytics tool, no advertising, no tracking pixels, no social media plugins and no embedded videos or maps from other companies. That is also why you do not see a cookie banner here.
The fonts are stored on our own server, so your browser does not contact a font service when a page loads.
Hosting and connection data
The pages are delivered by Cloudflare Pages. To send a page to your browser and to protect the site against attacks and abuse, Cloudflare processes technical connection data: your IP address, the time of the request, the address requested, and the browser and device type your browser reports. This happens on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a reachable and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare acts as our processor and may process this data outside the European Union under its data processing terms. We do not combine this data with other sources and do not use it to identify you.
Data stored in your browser
Some pages have checklists, for example the list of things to prepare before an order. When you tick an item, the tick is saved in the local storage of your browser, so it is still there next time. This information remains on your device; it is not transmitted to us. You can remove it at any time by clearing the site data in your browser settings.
E-mails to us
If you write to us, we receive your e-mail address and whatever you put in the message. We use them only to answer you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR) and delete the conversation when it is no longer needed, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep it. We never use your address for newsletters or advertising.
The checkout of our partner
The button in the order card takes you away from this site to our partner marketplace. Everything you enter there, such as your e-mail, payment data or the details for delivery, is processed by that marketplace under its own privacy policy. FCCoins does not receive your payment data or your EA account details. The link only passes on the platform and the amount you chose.
Your rights
The GDPR, and in Britain the UK GDPR, give you these rights:
- to ask which personal data we hold about you and receive a copy;
- to have incorrect data corrected and data deleted;
- to restrict processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interest;
- to receive data you gave us in a common machine-readable format;
- to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
Requests go to support@fccoins.eu. Since we keep so little, the answer is often that we hold nothing about you beyond your e-mail itself.
Changes
If the site starts to use a new service that processes personal data, this policy is updated first, and the date at the top changes. Earlier versions are available on request.
