What to put in your message
A clear message saves a round of questions. Whether you write to us or to order support, these details help:
- the order number from the confirmation page or the payment e-mail, if there is an order;
- the platform your club is on: PlayStation, Xbox or PC;
- how many coins you ordered and the date you paid;
- what you expected and what happened instead, in a sentence or two;
- a screenshot, if a page on this site shows something odd.
Please do not send us backup codes, login details or card numbers. We have no use for them, and this inbox is not part of the delivery. Delivery details belong only in the form on the checkout site, after payment.
