Terms of Use

1. What this site is

FCCoins (fccoins.eu) is an independent information website about coins for EA SPORTS FC 27 Ultimate Team. It publishes the current prices of a partner marketplace, explains how ordering and delivery work, and offers an order card that hands your choice of platform and amount over to that marketplace.

FCCoins does not sell coins, does not accept payments, does not hold any money for you and does not deliver anything. Using this site is free and does not require an account.

2. Who you buy from

When you press the button on the order card, you leave this site for the checkout of our partner marketplace. The purchase contract is between you and that marketplace. Its conditions, data protection notice and refund rules govern the order, so read them on the checkout site before paying.

Delivery is done by Comfort Trade. According to our partner, orders arrive within 2 hours after the delivery details have been sent. After payment the marketplace asks for what Comfort Trade needs, which always includes your EA account e-mail and a set of backup codes. FCCoins never sees these details.

3. Prices

The prices on this site are taken from our partner’s data once a day and shown in euros. They can change between two updates, because the market moves. The amount in the order card is the price of the coins only: the payment method you choose at checkout adds its own service fee, which is shown before you confirm. The figure on the checkout page is the one that counts.

4. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are handled by the partner marketplace under its refund policy. In short, as published there:

• a refund can be requested within 21 days from the date of payment;
• a full refund applies when the order was not delivered at all;
• if delivery has already started, a partial refund depends on the progress;
• a lower price after your purchase is not a reason for a refund of the difference.

There is no cancel button. To cancel or ask for a refund, use the order chat at checkout and quote the order number.

5. EA rules and your account

Electronic Arts forbids coin purchases from third parties. Its User Agreement and help pages list possible measures, including removing coins, restricting Transfer Market access and suspending or closing accounts. You decide whether to order, and any measure EA takes against your account is outside the control of FCCoins and of our partner marketplace.

FCCoins gives no warranty that an account will not be affected and accepts no liability for measures taken by EA. The page on EA rules explains them in more detail.

6. Information on this site

We check game facts against EA’s own pages and mark the points where only player guides are available. The game changes during the season, so information can become outdated before we update it. Nothing on this site is legal, financial or tax advice.

7. Links and commission

Links to other websites lead to services we do not run; their own terms apply there. FCCoins earns a commission when an order starts from this site. The commission is paid by the marketplace and does not raise the price you pay.

8. Trademarks

FCCoins is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS or FIFA. EA SPORTS FC, FC 27, Ultimate Team and FUT belong to Electronic Arts Inc. as trademarks, and FIFA is a registered mark of FIFA. We mention these names solely so readers know which game the coins are for.

9. Use of the site

You may read, link to and share pages of this site. Copying texts or the design for another website, or using automated tools that put a load on the site, is not allowed without our written consent.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these terms when the site or our partner’s conditions change; the date under the heading tells you which version you are reading. Questions about these terms go to support@fccoins.eu. Questions about an order go to support on the checkout site.
