How reviews get here

A review can only be written for an order that went through checkout and was completed. That link to the order is what the verified order label on each card stands for.

  • The text is published exactly as written: no spelling fixes, no shortening, no additions.
  • The date on the card is the day the buyer wrote the review, not the day we put it online.
  • Every rating is shown, from one star to five, including the ones we would rather not see.
  • Each card shows the country, the platform and the amount of FC coins in that order.
  • Names are reduced to a first name and an initial, so nobody can be identified.

The average rating, once shown, is calculated from all published reviews, and the number next to it is the real count of reviews in the feed.

Why many reviews are short

Most buyers write from a phone right after the coins land in their club. “Fast”, “ok”, “top” or a thumbs-up is a common review, and it says what the buyer cared about: the order arrived. Longer reviews tend to appear when something took longer than expected or when support helped with a mistake in the delivery details.

That mix is what a real feed looks like, so we leave it as it is. If you want the details behind an order, the step-by-step guide explains what happens between payment and delivery, and the safety page covers what EA’s rules say about buying coins.

Leaving your own review

Once your order is completed, support on the checkout site can take your rating and a few words. Write in any language; reviews from every country are shown, with buyers from your own country first.

Questions and answers

Are these reviews real?

Yes. Every review comes from a completed order in the order system of our partner marketplace and carries a verified order label. We publish the text exactly as the buyer wrote it, with the date it was written, and we do not add, rewrite or pick reviews to make the feed look better than it is.

Why are some ratings low?

Because every rating is shown, not only the good ones. A late delivery, a question that took long to answer or a mistake in the details can all end up in a review. Hiding those would make the page useless to you, and in the EU and the UK it is not allowed to conceal negative reviews.

Why do I see reviews from other countries?

Reviews from buyers in your own country come first, followed by orders from elsewhere. The coins, the checkout and the delivery are the same for everyone, so a review from another country tells you just as much about how an order went. The country, platform and amount on each card show where it came from.

How do I leave a review?

After your order is completed, you can rate it and write a few words through support on the checkout site. Reviews are tied to the order, so only buyers can leave one. You may write in any language and as briefly as you like; many buyers leave a single word, and that is fine.
